 How to use Argan oil For Skin

 

 

Morning  

Put a small amount of water in your hands and add in 3-4 drops of pure Argan oil, rub your hands together to create hundreds of droplets. Apply to your face, neck, and body. Massage gently with circular motions to help the oil penetrate your skin.

  At Night

Experts recommend that you apply argan oil at night so that it can work its action on the skin all through the night. Use pure Argan oil instead of your typical night cream.

  In the Sun

Use after exposing your skin to the sun to keep it healthy and to ensure getting enough precious antioxidant vitamins.

 How to use Argan oil For Skin

 You can use Argan oil as a deep conditioning treatment once a week by liberally applying the oil from the mid-shaft to the ends. Leave it on for an hour before washing out— or better yet, sleep with it in your hair and shower in the morning!

Tips

 

  • If you already have stretch marks, you can make a moisturizing exfoliant by mixing the oil with brown sugar and rubbing it on your stretch marks before a shower
  • You can add a few drops of argan oil to your foundation or usual moisturizer to get the golden tint.
  • Add it to your usual shower gel or as bath oil to replenish the skin all over the body and not just your face.
  • For stubborn acne issues, you can dab a drop of Moroccan oil directly to the acne.
  • you can mix it with other oils like almond oil. Adding carrier oils make the treatment more effective, too
