Natural scents, great soap that works for sensitive skin. Love Cats and Crows. Could label other products more clearly. I get samples and want to try, but do not know what they are?
So my skin gets extremely dry in the winter, especially my hands. I'm talking full-on cracking and bleeding, looks like the terrace of a volcano. Been using Aveeno and other products for years to some effect. Started using this soap, and while the cracking isn't completely gone, the amount has been reduced significantly. Year-round, my skin is super soft and fairly even-toned. Less red patches. People comment on how clear my face is. Get the soap.

I sent a customer service note to your company to say one of the clay exfoliators was broken. It was packed well. I wanted to try one and it looked fine, wrapped in cellophane but fell apart in my hands. I have yet to hear from your customer service dept. I have placed three big orders in the past two weeks so won't use a credit. I am waiting to hear about your proposed solutions to rectify this problem. The soap bundle seems ok. The soaps aren't as pretty as depicted on your site. Not a good time to be asking me for a review as I am a bit put off by your company at this point.
